Meet the owner & profesional trainer

Julia Kingston

Owner

Julia has loved animals her entire life, growing up riding horses competitively and working at stables and dairy farms to support that passion. After high school, she pursued farrier training and an apprenticeship, but ultimately chose a different path due to high startup costs.

In the years that followed, she focused on her own animals, including her horse Killian and dogs Skipper and Massey—a German Shepherd/Malinois mix with reactivity and separation anxiety. Working through Massey’s challenges with professional trainers deepened Julia’s understanding of complex dog behavior.

Seeking more fulfillment, Julia transitioned into dog care and training, drawing on both her personal experience and time as a client. She now trains Massey in various dog sports, with goals of earning titles in the near future.
